Have a Purpose: It’s important to be able to clearly see the end when you start writing your to-do list. You’ll have a far more difficult time reaching the end of your to-do list if you don’t understand what the purpose of it all is. There is no use in attacking a to-do list all day, day in and day out if you don’t understand your primary objective; there is so much more to it than just getting tasks done. So get some paper and a pen and write down the main goal of your project and then plan your to-do list around it.
