After spending a couple of hours researching mattress options by price and manufacturer, a decision was made to buy a preselected mattress from Sleepy’s.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a nice and professional salesman who took us to our mattress of choice and only volunteered to offer information on alternative mattresses if requested. After carefully evaluating and testing all of our options, we decided on the My Side 4 Series mattress.

We’re extremely happy with our selection and appreciate the option to have two different firmness levels on one mattress. Although not a well known brand, this mattress competes nicely with the top manufacturers and will serve our needs for many, many years.

There is only one way to get the goods on new Sleepys merchandise, and that’s on Twitter.

I wished to say what a pleasure it was for me to purchase a bed from Sleepy’s with the help of their salesperson. He was helpful, honest, patient, listened to us, and helped us pick a bed that seems, up to this point, ideal for us! It is not easy for us mainly because its merely been about five-years since we procured a Sleepys bed.

Considering that our likes had varied I was terrified of over-investing. Our sales person was in fact personable and recalled us the rare occasions we showed up and departed throughout these several weeks process. This individual ended up selling us the mattress simply because we trusted him and believed he had our best interest in mind, not his own. This was far from the truth with alternative stores. Many thanks for an excellent item along with a first-rate buying encounter.

People today generally post letters because they’re unhappy with a products or services. Having said that, our letter is quite the contrary. We were so very pleased with the service that staff at Sleepys gave to us recently, that we felt it warranted a letter of commendation from us.

We stopped into the Sleepys store and purchased a mattress. From the onset, our salesman was polite, patient and also insightful concerning which mattress model we might be interested in. Unfortunately, we had to exchange the mattress for other mattresses, not once, but three times. Keep in mind that we are professional people and do not make a habit of exchanging items we purchase.

This seemed to be an unusual situation. We must offer to Sleepys our highest praise for their patience, kindness, consideration and, above all, the professional manner in which they treated each exchange. Never once did any of the employees seem annoyed or frustrated. As a matter of reality, they were all very focused on our deciding on the best mattress that suited our expectations. We went to Sleepys to begin with because of its reputation. However, we were very lucky to have encountered the exceptional service which they offered to us. We have now proposed that anybody buying a mattress visit the Sleepys store.
